做法(fǎ ):洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂(liè )一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上(shàng )擦(cā )一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时,下(xià )盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
