做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦(cā )一遍(biàn ),放两(liǎng )勺(sháo )油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材(cái )料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
