做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂(liè )一(yī )小块(kuài )姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下(xià )鱼(yú ),煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个(gè )半小时,下盐(yán )调(diào )味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
