做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
