做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
