做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
