做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
