做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
