做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
