做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
