做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。
