做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
