做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
