做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
