做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
