做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
