做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
