做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
