做(zuò )法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦(cā )一(yī )遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸(fèi )瓦(wǎ )煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其(qí )他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
