做法:洗净(jìng )宰(zǎi )好(hǎo )鲫鱼(yú ),洗(xǐ )净淮(huái )山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的(de )清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
