做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
